College Administration Officer
The College Administration Officer’s position is important to the smooth day to day operation of the Business Office. As part of the Business Office team this role requires the highest levels of cooperation with the whole College community. All team members assist one another in busy times to ensure the efficient running of the College Administration and Business Office.
The position being offered is a permanent full time (38 hrs per week), Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.06pm, including school holidays.
About the role:
The position includes (but is not limited to) the following:-
- College Reception
- Accounts Receivable, including receipting all payments, preparing banking for all college entities
- Coordinating the external hire of college facilities
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar busy role;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite especially Word and Excel;
- Experience in a school setting would be desirable;
- A high level of attention to details;
- A high level of organisation and time management skills;
- Personal integrity and ability to deal with sensitive and/or political issues with discretion, tact, diplomacy and good judgement.
- The ability to support the Christian ethos of the College;
