To celebrate World Science Festival this week, the Redeemer Science Department provided the students a number of fun science experiments during break times!
Students helped the science teachers to launch alka selzer, balloon and water rockets, made slime, threw eggs at a blanket, and participated in the watermelon, ball bouncing and "elephants toothpaste" challenges.
While doing these hands-on activities, students learned about forces, chemical reactions and Newtons laws of Physics and had lots of fun doing it.
Watch the moment the watermelon (finally) exploded after more than 800 rubber bands were placed around it!
